Guest speakers available for your group, at no charge

Equihab provides free guest speakers for your next event, school group, club, or other organization.    This service is part of Equihab’s commitment to education & community outreach.

An Equihab representative will speak in front of your group about issues concerning horses including:

  • the Equihab program itself: past, present, and future
  • important issues pertaining to equine welfare
  • for kids:  meeting a horse for the first time, intro to horses, careers in the equine field
  • for equine clubs such as Pony Club: getting involved in animal rescue, cruelty prevention, etc
  • “Meet S’mores”:  a presentation with a friendly, small pony. Ideal for groups who have never been around horses before.

Email Equihab to request a speaker.   Be sure to include location of your group, size, what type & age audience, and any special requests.      Also state in email if you have a specific date or event in mind.     Equihab provides a laptop with video or Powerpoint presentation, but use of your computer projector unit would be greatly appreciated.

There is no charge for this service, but donations to the program are always greatly appreciated.
